Other Thoughts: Congratulations are in order for everyone except the CHL
Listen, we know it’s Tuesday but we’re releasing this now on purpose! We’re still messing around and figuring out what works best for us, so we’re gonna try this for a couple of weeks.
We’re just happy we made it through May. It’s also Gemini season which means Gaby is probably being more of a menace than usual. Here are this week’s thoughts:

Last Thursday, Rick Westhead reported that Hockey Canada had resolved a lawsuit with a $3.55 million settlement involving them and the Canadian Hockey League (CHL). The case in question alleged a 2018 sexual assault committed by eight hockey players, including Hockey Canada’s World Junior Team members. While the players were not named, the lawsuit referred to these players as members of the CHL and Canada’s U20 Men’s Junior Team.
