THWL Special Edition: The PWHA x THWL Mentorship Program

Happy Monday! 

We are so excited to announce that To Hockey, With Love has partnered with The Professional Hockey Writers’ Association to create a mentorship program for aspiring writers. 

Like most sports writing, hockey faces an issue with representation, and through this mentorship, we hope to begin addressing those issues. In our first issue, we wrote about the desire to open doors in this space and bring others with us. THWL has been a fantastic adventure so far, and we feel like this mentorship is a natural extension of that desire.

Thanks to the PHWA and Frank Seravalli at the Daily FaceOff; we have secured funding for the first two cohorts for this season. However, our goal is to ensure a sustainable program that adequately meets the needs of our participants, so we’ve established a fund! If you’re interested in donating, here is the link!
